Buzz Aldrin's Signed, Owned, and Worn "Zero G" Flight Suit as Worn on the First Commercial Flight in 2004, Originally from His Personal Collection, with Photographic Provenance. A blue zip-up flight suit with a "Diet Rite" patch on the right chest and a "Zero-G/ nogravity.com" patch on the left. On the back is a large colorful "Diet Rite" patch signed in blue felt tip: "Buzz Aldrin". This was worn by Aldrin on his first Zero-G flights on the "vomit comet" since his days training to be an astronaut. Included are two photos taken that day, one showing him wearing this suit.
He flew on two flights co-sponsored by Diet Rite that cloudy day in 2004 in a remodeled Boeing jet aircraft outfitted by the Zero Gravity Corp. with nearly all the seats removed so that the twenty passengers could experience weightlessness at the top of ten parabolic maneuvers the plane made during the flight. Did Buzz get sick? Of course not!
