A vintage original 6" x 2.75" crème paper joint account (with wife Judith) check from Chemical Bank with clean edges and additional duplicate paper routing numbers strip tipped to bottom, handwritten to the order of "Cash" for "$50," dated "Feb 25 1975," signed "John A. Belushi." Exhibiting bank ink stamps and markings. 
Presented in 22.6" x 13" frame with engraved name plaque and 8" x 10" color photo of Belushi.
